Who do you work with?
Service businesses with a great offer that aren't showing up online the way they deserve to. If your work is excellent but your social media doesn't show it, or you've been filling the gap with AI-generated posts, we replace that with real photo and video of your team, your space and your results. Who owns the content, and can I use it in paid ads?
Organic use: you get an exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the finished content across your organic channels. Bryant Media keeps the underlying copyright and the right to show the work in our portfolio.
Paid ads: ad use is covered by a limited usage license set by duration, platforms and territory, and can be extended any time.
Want full ownership? A full buyout is available as an add-on.

How much does it cost?

How does the free first shoot work?
New monthly clients get their first shoot free. We show you what we can do. If you don't love it, you walk away with no obligation, and you still keep a curated set of 5 edited photos and 1 edited video, free forever.
Love it? The rest of that shoot unlocks when you continue the month at a reduced first-month rate, or you can purchase it on its own.
How does Our Promise work?
Our Promise takes the risk off your side of the table:
1. Your first shoot is free. You see what we can do before you spend a dollar.
2. Love it or we reshoot. If a shoot misses the mark, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll reshoot it within 14 days at no cost.
3. Cancel anytime. Plans run month to month, with no long-term contract.
How fast will I get my content?
Standard delivery is one week. Rush delivery in 48 hours or same-day may be available, depending on the size of the project.
How many revisions are included?
It depends on your plan: one round, two rounds, or unlimited revisions on our top tier. Edits beyond what your plan includes are billed hourly.
How does booking work?
A 50% deposit secures your date, and every project runs on a written agreement so expectations are clear on both sides.
How do approvals work?
Nothing goes live without your sign-off. You'll have one main contact at Bryant Media, and you choose a creative contact on your side who approves copy and video before anything posts.
During onboarding we set up in whatever you already use (Slack, Teams, text or email). If you have a social media manager, we deliver content to them. If you don't, we post for you once it's approved.
How do you measure results?
Every two weeks we review how your content is performing. We keep the strategy steady through the month so the data means something, then use what we've learned to adjust the plan at the next planning session and shoot.
What's the difference between Social Media Management and a Content System?
Social Media Management is fully done for you: we plan your content strategy, film and produce it, edit it and run your posting calendar.
With a Content System, you keep running your page. We partner with you on content ideas, then film and deliver a month's worth of photo and video for your team to post.
What's included in your monthly services?
Monthly services include two shoots a month. In those shoots we film a month's worth of content, planned around your strategy and how often you want to post.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. We work with you on scripting, locations and music, and we bring all the crew, gear, audio and lighting your production needs. All music is commercially licensed. You just show up and do what you do best.
Do you run our ads?
We focus on the part that makes ads work: the creative. We film, edit and deliver video and static ads built to speak directly to your ideal customer and turn them into leads. Your team or ad manager runs the campaigns.
What if we need to reschedule, or the weather doesn't cooperate?
Weather: if an outdoor shoot has to be postponed because of severe weather, there's no rescheduling fee.
Rescheduling 5 or more days out: your deposit transfers to the new date.
Rescheduling within 5 days of the shoot: the deposit is forfeited or applied to a late fee, and a new deposit may be needed to secure a future date.
Do I get the raw footage?
Raw footage is available as an add-on to any project.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel is built right into your quote. The price in your offer doc is the price you pay, with no surprise add-ons.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Plans run month to month and you can cancel anytime.
Will you keep our work confidential?
Yes. We're happy to sign an NDA and keep your projects confidential.
Do you work with our competitors?
Our top-tier partners get guaranteed industry exclusivity in their city for as long as they're a client. We won't take on a direct competitor in your market while you're with us.
